The Solution
Responding to this need and following a thorough technical analysis we designed and implemented a complete labelling system that ensures increased productivity, reduced costs and fully meets the customer’s needs for flexibility in labelling its jars of different shapes and dimensions.
The Benefits
The delivered system ensures the automatic wrap-around labelling of transparent labels in cylindrical, oval or conical jars, at a rate and speeds of up to 120 packages per minute, with high accuracy and excellent repeatability. The device can handle different jars in a wide range of sizes, while switching from code to code is done quickly, thus responding to the increasing demands of continuous production. In addition, the system can accommodate future upgrades by means of additional heads and modules.
