For this reason, we have invested and continue to invest in highly trained field engineers, supported with all necessary spare parts, as well as state-of-the-art information systems. Equally important is the organized back office that handles customer requests and monitors the progress of technical interventions, both in the field and in the workshops, as well as spare parts orders.
Our technical support department consists of more than 35 field engineers.
Special emphasis is put on proper equipment installation, customer operator training, preventive maintenance, and prompt response in case of emergencies.
The Arcon Group also offers a range of maintenance agreements or technical support agreements designed to be adaptable to each customer’s specialized needs.
