Bottles Forming, Filling & Closing
Arcon offers a fully automatic complete processing line for polypropylene bottle forming, filling and closing, starting from raw polypropylene granules.
The complete line first moulds the PP granules into a "pre-form" using an injection moulding process. The pre-form includes the neck of the bottle, complete with the desired finish, ready for the closure application (welded caps, screw caps, stoppers and aluminium seals). The pre-forms are then stretched and blown to the final shape of the container, ready to be transferred to the air blowing, filling, and capping monobloc machine, which can also be designed to process oxygen sensitive liquids.
The key features of the line are:

- High level of bottle transparency for optimized inspection.

Bags Forming, Filling & Closing
The Bag Forming Machines can process all pharmaceutical bag types. They can thermoform single and multi-chamber IV bags made from multi-layer polypropylene material, allowing zero material waste (both film and tube). Capacities of up to 9.000 bags per hour can be reache with manufacturing standard container sizes ranging from 50 ml up to 5.500 ml.
Because of its modular design the machines can be integrated with different modules such as tube ultrasonic sealing, peelable sealing for multi-chambers bags etc.
The Bag Forming Machines can be directly connected to additional equipment for bags filling and inspection. Thus you will have a complete line that guarantees a stable and accurate bag forming and filling process.
The Bag Filling & Closing Machines are able to fill single chamber as well as dialysis multi-chambers bags. It is extremely flexible and allow the application of different closing methods.
