Our range of fully automatic filling and closing machines can be used for variety of products, both parenteral (syringes, ampules, vials, bottles and cartridges) and other formulations, such as syrups, nasal sprays, ophthalmic solutions, etc.. They are capable of processing up to 24 thousand units per hour, depending on the filling volume and the type of closing.
As part of the liquid filling systems we offer sterile processing units, created to condition both glass and plastic containers.
Washing & Sterilization
Washing and sterilization are the first steps in the preparation of pharmaceutical containers prior to filling. We supply a series of washing machines and depyrogenation tunnels, which are suitable for GMP compatible washing and sterilization of vials, ampules, syringes and cartridges. The continuous process technology allows processing of up to 36,000 containers per hour.
The washing machines have been designed for internal and external washing of both glass and plastic containers while the depyrogenation tunnels are ideal for inline sterilization of glass containers.
Filling & Capping
In order to suit every customer requirement we supply a wide range of automatic high-technology filling and capping machinery to accurately fill a variety of liquid products. Every machine can be integrated with different filling systems so that different kinds of liquids and volumes can be filled in various containers such as cartridges, vials and pre-filled syringes either bulk or nested.
Some models can accommodate multiple closing stations which enable rubber stoppers, droppers, pressure or screw caps, child-proof caps, spray pumps or heads, overcaps or press seals, etc. to be processed in a variety of dimensions and shapes. Optionally each machine can be integrated with multiple capping unit as well as unscrambling system for plastic containers automatic feeding.
Thanks to its open and linear design, the range offers easy access for monitoring, cleaning and quick size changeover. The compact footprint reduces and optimizes the required space within the clean room.
Every model can be installed as a stand-alone unit or integrated with upstream and downstream equipment.
Non-Sterile Liquid Filling
Depending on your production capacity and required speed we can offer you table top, semi- or fully automatic dosing units for volumetric filling of various liquid products such as oil, essences, shampoo,lotions, syrups, cleansers and similar. We have solutions even for foamy, flammable and corrosive liquid products.
The machines offer excellent accuracy, flexibility and productivity. They are suitable for wide variety of fill volumes and containers.

Capping Units
The capping systems that we supply cover a wide range of applications, offering different types of closure (screw caps, pressure caps, twist-off caps and trigger caps). They are suitable to cap round, square and shaped containers both glass or plastic.
Depending on the capacity and specific requirements of your production we offer compact table top, semi- or fully automatic units. They can be used as a stand-alone machines or integrated into a production line.
Our capping machines are flexible and allow quick change of parts. All systems are very easy for cleaning and maintenance and have high corrosion resistance.
