Tabletop Units
Arcon supplies a range of tabletop filling units suitable for the accurate filling of liquids from as low as 0.2 ml to 500 ml. Flexible, reliable and versatile they are the perfect choice for the biotechnology and diagnostic industries.
The unique peristaltic filling system guarantees customers absolute control of liquid products and achieves accuracies of +/- 0.5%. Changing the fluid path can be done in less than a minute. The closed fluid path removes any risk of cross contamination, making these units ideal for aseptic filling. Products with higher viscosity such as oils, creams and foaming products can also be filled.
The units are operator friendly and really simple to use. Their large keys and a colour display help operation while working in gloves or behind glass. Although the machines come programmed with recommended filling parameters, users can also set custom filling parameters of their own for optimum accuracy and performance.
The tabletop models can be used as a stand-alone unit for manual filling, or integrated with an automatic bottle handling system to increase productivity.
Semi-Automatic Units
Ideal for customers who require a versatile solution for small-scale production, Arcon offer a range of semi-automatic filling and capping units. They are ideal for R&D applications, diagnostics and cosmetics industries and other, where there are many different sizes of bottles or vials.
The units offer accurate filling in volumes from less than 0.2 ml to more than 500 ml and capacities of up to 2000 bottles per hour (depending on the fill volume and the bottle/vial shape).

Automatic Units
Arcon supplies fully automatic filling, stoppering and capping units suitable for both clinical trials and small to medium scale production with a high frequency of product changes. They make a very attractive solution for a number of different applications such as bio-tech products, injection liquids, diagnostics kits, lyophilization and eye drops.
Our range is capable of working with many different liquids, fill volumes (from 0.1 - 250 ml) and a range of containers. Integrated peristaltic fillers ensures accurate filling of better than ± 1% and prevent costly overfills, even on very small fill volumes.
