We offer a range of fully automatic optical inspection machines, developed for particles and cosmetic inspection of ampoules, vials, syringes, cartridges and plastic or glass parenterals. They represent the ideal solution to comply with GMP requirements and to ensure that parenteral products are free of foreign particles. Our systems give you the flexibility to inspect liquid, freeze-dried, suspension, emulsion and oil based products.
The inspection systems can also integrate into a dedicated module for leak testing based on the vacuum decay technology. They can optionally be equipped with a number of additional inspection stations for additional controls relevant to the appearance of the container (cosmetic checks), and headspace analysers.
