We offer high quality automatic blister packaging machines for low, medium and mass production. They can be used for packaging a wide range of pharmaceutical products such as tablets, hard/soft capsules, caplets, etc. The machines are extremely flexible – they can produce blisters of different formats and material ( PVC, PVC/PVDC, PVC/ACLAR, PP) but also can be equipped with various kinds of feeding systems). All models can be used as individual units or integrated with downstream equipment.
The blister machines are very compact, saving valuable floor space within sterile room, but in the same time they perform all functions – film forming, pocket forming, auto feeding, detection and rejection for missing products, rotary sealing, coding, perforation and trimming.
A great advantage of all blister packaging machines is that the whole mechanical drive system is separated from the production compartment. This allows easy access to all areas for maintenance and cleaning and prevents any possible cross contamination.

Cartoners
For the needs of pharmacy, biotechnology and nutrition supplements Arcon delivers high quality semi- and fully automatic horizontal and vertical carton packaging machines for low, medium and mass production. They can be used for packaging a wide range of pharmaceutical products such as blisters, vials, tubes, stick packs, pillow packs, bottles, sachets, etc. The cartoning machines can automatically fold cartons, insert products and leaflets (if necessary) into the cartons and finally close them.
Depending on the type of product we offer customized feeding system. Easy machine operation and product management is secured by the industry standard PC control system and HMI touch screen. All machines can be used as individual units or as a part of a complete line.
